    I center the experience of women and non-binary beings who have experienced trauma and guide them home to a loving relationship with their body, heart, and soul.

    I help highly sensitive and neurodivergent people to navigate a world that often undervalues their gifts and begin to trust their unique intuitions and perspectives.

    I guide individuals in the preparation, navigation, and integration of expanded states of consciousness and make space for the unknown in our work together.

How I work

    Human beings are made up of parts.

    By strengthening the relationships between your parts and connecting you to your Self wisdom, we create the possibility for internal collaboration and healing.

    All experiences are spiritual experiences.

    By acknowledging the sacred, the unknown, the mystery, the greater than this world in our work together, we find a resource to support you on your healing journey.

  • SOMATICS

    The story of your life lives in your body.

    By accessing the stored trauma and stuck emotions in our bodies and releasing it, we can restore vitality, lightness, and a passion for life.

  • EXPRESSIVE ARTS

    Creativity is a pathway into the unconscious.

    Using a variety of modalities we allow your soul to express its deepest wishes and secrets. Visual arts, music, dance, writing, drama, and more are available in our work.

  • RITUAL WORK

    Rituals turn the mundane into the sacred.

    By creating rituals for all aspects of your life, we weave with intention the secret wishes in your heart for what you wish your life could be into reality.

  • ANCESTRAL work

    You hold the dreams of your ancestors.

    Using ritual, tracing your family lineage, and an embodied practice of energetic release, we tell and complete the unfinished stories of your ancestors that live on in you.

  • ECOTHERAPY

    You are kin with all living things.

    By spending time mindfully in nature, as well as looking to nature for wisdom and resourcing, we can guide your return to a sense of being a beloved native of the earth.

  • EMDR

    You can evolve beyond your trauma.

    Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) we go back to the source of your chronic distress and complete the processing so you may live with freedom.

  • PLANT MEDICINE

    The plants teach us to be more like them.

    Through the use of conscious engagement with various plant allies, we may unlearn our lifelong conditioning and become more humble, patient, and compassionate.
